Does the books

It issues invoices, reads photos of receipts, files the city tax and on the first of the month sends your accountant the monthly bundle of invoices and expenses, bank statements included.

It will look at local demand, the season and what similar places nearby charge, and update the nightly rate every twelve hours, always between your minimum and maximum.

Do I need to cancel my existing PMS first?

Not necessarily. The major booking platforms allow only one PMS connection at a time. A full trial therefore means moving channel sync over to relax.host. If you want to try it without committing, keep your current PMS as the channel manager and add relax.host on top through webhooks. The agent then reads reservations and messages, but writes nothing back to the channels until you switch it on. We will go through both options with you on the demo call.

Does relax.host work with several platforms at once?

Yes. Your channels stay in sync in real time: a booking or a message on one shows up everywhere, and availability updates with it. Regional platforms and bookings from your own website work too.

Can I control what the AI says?

Yes. You can check, edit or stop anything the AI does, and set your own tone and rules. The agent drafts, and you have the last word whenever you want it.

How does access management work for properties without smart locks?

relax.host works with whatever you use today: smart locks, key boxes, a doorman or handing keys over in person. The agent arranges the right option for each property, sends each guest what they need at the right time and keeps track of every handover.

What languages does the AI reply in?

English, Slovak, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish and Dutch. It picks the guest's language automatically, and we add more every month.

Is my reservation data secure?

Yes. It is encrypted, both stored and in transit, the app runs in the EU (Germany), and we handle it under GDPR. We never share or sell your data.
