relax.host is a private beta run by the company named below. This page explains exactly what the application form collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you submit the beta application form we receive:

Your name and email address
The city or market your property is in
How many properties you operate
Which kinds of booking platform you use (major OTAs, regional sites, direct bookings)
Optionally: the tools you use or want integrated, and a free-text description of your biggest operational problem
Your IP address and the country it resolves to, recorded automatically with the submission
Which advertisement or link brought you to the page, if any

We never ask for passwords, booking-platform credentials, payment card details, or access to any of your booking-platform accounts. No page on this site will ever request them. If you are ever asked for such details in the name of relax.host, it did not come from us — please report it to the address below.

Why we collect it

Solely to assess your beta application and reply to it. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Legal basis

For your application: consent, which you give by submitting the form. For analytics and advertising cookies: consent, which you give by accepting them in the banner shown on your first visit. You may withdraw either at any time — email us for your application data (see Your rights), or clear site data for this domain to withdraw the cookie choice.

Where it is stored

Cloudflare Workers KV — the submission record.
Resend — used to email the application to us and to send your confirmation.

Both are processors acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the private beta and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Applications we decline are deleted within 3 months.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag to measure how many visitors reach and complete the form. Both are configured with allow_ad_personalization_signals and allow_google_signals disabled, so this measures conversions only and does not build remarketing audiences or personalise ads. We do not upload applicant email addresses to Google.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag set cookies for measurement, but only after you accept them. On your first visit a banner asks; until you choose, and if you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored and both tags run in a consent-denied state. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data for this domain. We also store the referring campaign in your browser's sessionStorage so we know which channel an application came from; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, object to processing, or request a copy in portable form. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
